ZM Technologies offers a complete line of marine and industrial heavy duty, high performance centrifugal pumps designed to provide exceptional performance in the most challenging environments. Originally designed for saltwater applications these pumps are designed for commercial saltwater applications, reverse osmosis systems, on-board vessels, for engine cooling, condenser cooling, refrigeration and fire pumps, as well as effluent waste water or brackish water.
Our Marine and Industrial Pumps are available in nickel aluminum bronze, 316 SS, and Duplex 2205 SS. All three alloys are in stock and available for delivery in one week.
These pumps are manufactured with heavy-wall construction using tight manufacturing tolerances. Include a high-efficiency design with a fully shrouded, dynamically balanced impeller. The pumps ere close-coupled on JM, 56J and IEC frame motors. Provide capacities from -300 GPM (1-680m3/h). American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) Design Approval is available.
ZM Technology’s IC+ Series pumps are an adaptation of our popular AC+ sanitary product line. IC+ pumps are made from 316L SS, feature Type 21 seals, and standard NPT or flanged connections. These pumps offer a very cost effective solution to corrosive applications where cast iron pumps are not lasting long.
APPLICATIONS
Smaller K Series pumps have NPT threaded connections and are close-coupled to 56J frame motors. K Series pumps are available in nickel aluminum bronze and 316 stainless steel and all K Series pumps have ABS design approval.
R Series pumps have NPT threaded connections and self-priming capability to 25 feet. R Series pumps are available in nickel aluminum bronze and 316 stainless steel and all R Series pumps have ABS design approval.
Ampco’s heavy duty, high efficiency Z Series pumps with 150# ANSI flanges are available from stock in three alloys – nickel aluminum bronze, 316 stainless steel and duplex 2205 stainless steel. These close-coupled pumps are designed for JM motor frames and offer flows up to 3000 GPM. Our application engineers will help select the right alloy for your application. All Z Series pumps have ABS design approval.
