ZMT, Inc. Mechanical Seal Limited Warranty

ZMT, INC, guarantees their mechanical seals, see list below, to be free from manufactured defects and workmanship for six months after installation. Furthermore, this warranty shall apply to normal use and performance while installed in an appropriate piece of equipment. The equipment shall include pumps, mixers, agitators, and associated equipment. Application in any other equipment shall have written approval from ZMT, Inc. before this warranty applies to any other specified equipment.

Customer Remedies: The Company’s and its supplies’ entire liability and your exclusive remedy shall be, at the Company’s option, either (a) return the price paid for the mechanical seal, or (b) repair or replacement of the mechanical seal that does not meet this Limited Warranty and which is returned to the Company with proof of purchase. This Limited Warranty is void if failure of the mechanical seal has resulted from accident, misuse, abuse, or misapplication. Any replacement of the mechanical seal will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or sixty (60) days, whichever is longer.

NO OTHER WARRANTIES. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE COMPANY AND ITS SUPPLIERS DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANITES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WITH REGARD TO THE MECHANICAL SEAL AND ANY RELATED OR ACCOMPANYING WRITTEN MATERIALS.
