ZP1+ exploded viewZM Technologies offers ZP Series rotary piston pumps are the best value in the industry. Every new ZP Series pump includes these standard features: 304 stainless steel gear case, stainless splash plate which helps reduce damage to bearings from water intrusion during the wash-down process ( major cause of bearing failure), stainless bearing retainers, 17-4ph shafts, helical gears, 4-way mounting, threaded grease zerks, anti-microbial lube and gasketed stainless steel clean-out plugs.

The ZP1 is 100% dimensionally and hydraulically interchangeable with the competition. All ZP1 Series pumps are certified and in conformance with 3A sanitary standards. Some common applications for the ZP1 include bakery, beverages, candy, canned foods, cosmetics, dairy, dressings, flavorings, meats and much more.

Internal view of ZP1+ PumpWith seal modifications like the PTFE double lip seal, the ZP1 can be used for industrial and chemical applications, oil, gas and fracking industries. The ZP1 offers durability as well as chemical and wear resistance. For a great value in a positive displacement pump ZM Technology’s ZP1 is a great choice. Standard delivery time for a ZP1 is 2 weeks

ZM Technologies extensive inventory of ZP1 parts are ready for immediate shipping, 100% interchangeable, cost effective and reliable. ZP1 is an easy choice.

ZM Technologies continues to bring innovation to the sanitary pump market. We have enhanced the traditional design of the popular ZP1 pump and are pleased to introduce the ZP1+ (available in models 30 and larger). The patent pending design changes the position of the static and dynamic O-rings. ZP1+ O-rings can be changed without having to disconnect the pump from the piping system, providing easy maintenance and reduced downtime.

The ZP1+ design changes the position of the static and dynamic O-ring. The O-rings now sit in the front of the body and the sleeve is now a mating part of the rotor. The O-rings can be changed without having to disconnect the pump from the piping system. The secondary sleeve/spring assembly will seal the pump if the rotors are removed for CIP processing.

Existing ZP1 pumps (and competing models) can be converted to a ZP1+ pump during the remanufacturing process at no extra charge.
